This 45-minute bootcamp class is your all-in-one solution for high-intensity cardio and strength training. Using just your body weight, CONQUER pushes you to your limits with a blend of dynamic movements that torch calories and build functional strength. Expect a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling stronger, leaner, and more energized every time you leave the studio.

Enhance your body’s recovery and mobility with RECOVER, a class designed to optimize performance both inside and outside the studio.     NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pole Sport Instructor, Stretching Coach, Nutrition and Health Coach. Originally from Argentina with more than 10 years of experience helping others to become healthier, confident and passionate about fitness.

  • Amanda White

    16+ years of experience in the industry, with Spin & Group Fitness certification. I love teaching HIIT, Cardio Kick Boxing, Bootcamp, Spin, and Boxing classes. My goal is to encourage people to find an activity they enjoy, as I know it will change their life (mind, body & spirit), like it did mine.

  • Teddy Matthews

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on mobility and flexibility. I am also certified in Pilates Mat by Equinox and Indoor Cycling by Stages. I strive to help my participants feel empowered in their own bodies; strengthening and lengthening with grace and purpose.
