Meet the Trainers

  • Amanda Hoffman

    With a BA in Exercise Science and NASM certification, I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and flexibility and mobility training. I primarily work with women of all ages, from 17 to 78, helping them build strength and confidence through personalized fitness programs. Currently pursuing my Precision Nutrition Certification, I take a well-rounded approach to health and wellness, ensuring my clients achieve sustainable results.

  • Andrea Morales

    I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pole Sport Instructor, Stretching Coach, and Nutrition and Health Coach. Originally from Argentina, I have over 10 years of experience helping others become healthier, more confident, and passionate about fitness.

  • Argin Alahverdi

    I’m a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach with 15 years of weightlifting experience. As a hybrid athlete with a background in soccer, basketball, triathlon, and bodybuilding, I specialize in rehabilitation, weight loss, muscle building, and sports performance training. My goal is to help clients move better, get stronger, and achieve lasting results.

  • Ian Jackson

    I have a BA in Exercise Science and specialize in sports performance and corrective exercise for all ages. I’m also certified in foam rolling and kettlebell training, allowing me to incorporate diverse techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and recovery. My approach focuses on optimizing movement, building strength, and preventing injury to help clients perform at their best, whether in everyday life or athletics.

    I’m a certified Women’s Fitness, Corrective Exercise, Pre/Postnatal Specialist, and Health Coach with over 10 years of experience helping clients reach their fitness goals. My training focuses on building a strong foundation through proper movement, education, and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental well-being. With a background in Contemporary Dance and NPC Bikini Competitions, I take a well-rounded approach, emphasizing both strength and mobility to create effective, personalized training programs.

    As a NASM-certified personal trainer with a background in professional long-distance cycling, I bring years of athletic expertise to my coaching. I specialize in muscle gain, strength training, and HIIT workouts for weight loss, creating dynamic and effective programs tailored to each client. Beyond fitness, I prioritize building strong connections to make every session enjoyable and impactful. And when I'm not in the gym, you can find me baking and cooking.

    I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former Division II soccer player with a passion for fitness and mental resilience. I specialize in body recomposition and muscular hypertrophy, creating personalized hybrid training programs that blend strength, cardio, and mobility work. With a holistic approach, I also provide nutrition guidance to help clients make sustainable choices that support their goals.
